Christmas Eve 2010

My family has a party every year on Christmas Eve. It's tradition to do the same thing evey year and I always look forward to it. We usually start out with a dinner, which is always delicious then we have a program. Each family either tells a story about christmas sings a song or share an experience. This year Landen sang a song for our family. He sang "Come Lord Jesus" It was so beautiful. After Our program all the kids act out the manger scene. I had to do the costumes this year and lets just say I didn't really have much to choose from so it is really random. Santa usually ends up coming sometime in the evening. It is different every year. The grandkids get to open their PJ's from my parents and the adults open their gifts from the sibling exchange.

This year was really good. It was so relaxing and enjoyable. I wasn't stressed out about anything and I just got to relax and enjoy it all.
